APPLICATIONS:
PC 90 PLUS and PENETRATING PLUS have been formulated to give excellent results on electrical equipment, car ignition systems, locks, tools, hinges, chains, motors etc. They are safe to use on most plastics and good paints, however, they may distort some rubber components. The products will free seized parts, repel moisture and leave a protective oil. A combination of natural lubricant, oil and hydrocarbon forms a light film protecting treated articles from corrosion. This deposit lubricates surfaces of metal parts and rusted fitments. PC 90 PLUS and PENETRATING PLUS may also be used as light oils for cleaning tools, cycles, locks, guns, toys etc. When used on engine ignitions the products remove moisture and their prolonged effectiveness prevents dampness for sometime. Insulation resistance is also improved on electrical and electronic equipment because of these products high dielectric strength.
METHOD OF USE:
PC 90 AEROSOL : Use as supplied by spray. Spray from a distance of 8" to 12" to ensure an even coverage. Shake can well before use. Removes moisture and protects immediately but allow time for penetration of seized components.
PENETRATING PLUS (BULK) : Apply by brush, spray or immersion.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
PC 90 Plus flashpoint >21oC.
Penetrating Plus flashpoint 51oC.
Store and use products away from direct heat or naked flames. Use in well ventilated areas. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear appropriate protective clothing. If splashed on skin wash off with plenty of water. Rinse splashes to the eyes with water for several minutes. For detailed health and safety information request a hazard data sheet.
