Deepclean Powder
HEAVY DUTY POWDER DEGREASER/DECARBONIZER
* GOOD WETTING ACTION FREE RINSING
CAUSTIC FREE
A heavy duty alkaline but caustic free product containing special additives which quickly remove grease
and burnt on carbon deposits. Developed for use in bakeries, restaurants, hotels, and by deep clean
contractors and domestic oven cleaners. Can be used in a heated decarbonizer tank or as a superb
degreaser in hot water solutions.
APPLICATIONS:
Deepclean Powder finds many applications in the food industry for cleaning and degreasing both ferrous
and non ferrous metals. Avoid long term immersion of non ferrous metals. For non ferrous metals strictly
control dilution, temperature & immersion time.
Ideal for removing burnt on carbon and grease from filters, cooker parts, grill plates, chip fryers, oven
racks and kitchen utensils: roasting trays, pots & pans.
METHOD OF USE:
Catering Cleaning:- Use approx 5kg in 100lit of water and heat tank water to between 60 and 800C.
Alternatively a 5 to 10% solution can be made up in a bucket or spray system for in situ cleaning to
remove heavy carbon and grease deposits.
Steam and Pressure Machine Cleaning:- Use 10 to 25 grams per litre of water (approx.1 to 2.5%) in
the detergent tank.
Soak Tank Cleaning:- Use 25 to 65 grams per litre of water (2.5 to 6.5%) at between 75 and 850C.
General purpose floor and wall cleaning and for removing fats, greases and oils in food
industries:- Use 20 to 100 grams per litre of water (2 to 10%) at 900C.
Avoid contact with magnesium or any of its alloys. After all applications rinse with plenty of clean water.
Use in a mild steel tank.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Handle alkali products with care. Wear full protective clothing and wash off any splashes with plenty of
