Oven Cleaner
OVEN CLEANER is a concentrated mixture of sequestrants, surfactants and caustic alkali effective in cleaning ovens, grease trays, kitchen equipment etc. Oven cleaner will remove carbon, oil and grease deposits from heavily contaminated components. Oven cleaner is also used in decarbonising other components such as rubber moulds. The product is thickened to increase contact time on oven surfaces.
NOTE: Oven cleaner may attack aluminium, zinc and tin and great care should be taken if used on these metals. Oven cleaner may remove paint form some surfaces.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Oven cleaner can be applied by spray, brush or cloth. For light duty cleaning a 2-3 minute dwell time should be sufficient. However, for heavy soiling a swell time of up to 10 minutes may be required. Wash off and thoroughly rinse with clean water. If soiling still remains repeat the process. If using on a previously untried surface always do a small test area prior to full application.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
OVEN CLEANER is strongly alkaline and operators should wear protective clothing and eye shields. Splashed on the skin should be washed off with water. If splashed in the eyes, irrigate thoroughly with clean water and seek medical attention. For detailed health and safety information request a hazard data sheet.
PACKAGING: 5 litre containers - trigger sprays also available
