PCS 200

£0.00

PCS 200 is an all purpose jelly paint stripper that easily removes decorative coatings/finishes such as paints, cellulose, enamel, polyurethane and modern acrylic from all metals and wood. Excellent non-drip characteristics to enable use on vertical surfaces. For industrial use only. PCS 200 may also be of use in removing painted graffiti from masonry and unpainted metal and wood.

METHOD OF USE
Apply a generous coating of PCS 200 using a soft brush or cotton swab. Leave in contact with the painted surface for anything up to 30 mins, however such long contact times are not normally required. Small items may be dip stripped. Remove softened paint with a wooden scraper and rinse off residue with water. Exceptionally heavy layers of paint may require a second application. Coverage normally 2-4 sq metres per litre.

With graffiti removal from hard surfaces, work in well with a stiff brush or cotton swab and leave in contact with the surface for 30 mins (or longer if required). Wipe off graffiti working outside to in, using a cotton swab. Wash off residual graffiti and pcs200 using a pressure hose if appropriate (use hot/cold water at 150-200 psi).

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Use outdoors where possible or in a well ventilated area. Wear chemically resistant goggles or a visor. Wear rubber\not pvc) gloves and overall/apron. Wash off any splashes with plenty of soap and water. Eyes should be treated by irrigation with water. For detailed health and safety information request a hazard data sheet.

PACKAGING 5 and 25 litre drums.
