PCS201
CONCENTRATED SOLVENT PAINT STRIPPER
APPLICATIONS:
A liquid paint stripper for fast removal of highly polymerised modern coatings from metal surfaces. Will
have slight attack on magnesium, zinc, aluminium and their alloys. PCS201 is a highly active stripper
containing two activators and inhibitors. A wax seal prevents solvent loss. Components immersed in
PCS201 are water rinsable.
METHOD OF USE:
Use as supplied in a mild steel tank. Wax seal will settle on top of the solution to prevent solvent loss.
Immerse components below the wax seal in a suitable wire mesh basket until paint has been removed.
Wash off components in water. Stripping tank should be fitted with a fine wire mesh sludge tray to
remove stripped off paint residue. Do not heat, always use cold.

Always use in a well ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wash any splashes off with
soap and water. Irrigate eyes with clean running water. For detailed health and safety request a
