PDC
PERFORMANCE DRAIN CLEANER
PDC is a liquid drain cleaner which rapidly clears blocked sinks, drains, and wastes. PDC willdissolve fats, greases, paper and natural fibrous materials.
on metal.PDC contains inhibitors to minimize attack
PRECAUTIONS IN USE
Do not use aluminium or zinc utensils.
Do not allow diluted PDC to come into contact with stainless steel.
Do not use a plunger or with the plug in place.
Always add PDC to water. Do not add water to PDC.
Beware of blowbacks.
METHOD OF USE
SINKS:
1 - If sink is completely blocked, bale out, leaving approx.0.5 litres of cold water, to this
add between 0.5 to 1 litre of PDC slowly. Leave about 10 mins. Flush with plenty of
cold water.
2 - If sink is not completely blocked, first pour 0.5 litres of cold water down waste pipe,
followed by 0.5 to 1 litre of PDC slowly. Carry on as above.
DRAINS:
1 - If drain is completely blocked, bale out water as much as possible, judging how much
water is left. Add up to twice the amount of PDC slowly. Leave for about 10 mins.
Flush through with plenty of cold water.
2 - If drain is not completely blocked, pour in approx 0.5 to 1 litre of cold water, and then
add slowly 1 to 2 litres of PDC. Carry on as above.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
PDC is a strong acid containing 96/98% sulphuric acid. Wear protective clothing, rubber gloves and eye
protection. In cases of contact with skin wash off with copious amounts of water. Eyes should be
irrigated with water for at least 10 mins. Seek medical attention. For detailed health and safety
