PDS 100 - Solvent Paint Stripper/Degreaser

£0.00

PDS100 SOLVENT

A solvent paint stripper/degreaser specially formulated for cold operations. Contains
dichloromethane and stabilizers.

APPLICATIONS
PDS100 is used as a degreaser/paint remover in immersion tanks, for most types of metal (Avoid contact
with aluminium). PDS100 can be used to strip paint from wood and inks from printing machines. The
product is also widely used in the plastics field to fuse acrylic plastics e.g. PDS100 is also used to replenish
old paint strippers to prolong life of the solution.

METHOD OF USE
Use a dip tank constructed of mild steel. Add a 3 inch water seal to the surface to act as a vapour seal to
prevent evaporation. Immerse components totally and below the water seal to prevent discolouration from
the water phase. When the grease/paint is lifted allow the components to drain and pressure rinse with
water.
To extend the life of the product, a fine mesh sludge tray is recommended so that paint residues can be
removed from the tank regularly. Do not heat or agitate.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
*FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY*
Harmful by inhalation.
Use in a well ventilated area.
Wear protective clothing to prevent contact with skin and eyes.
Wash off any splashes with plenty of soap and water.
Eyes should be treated by irrigation with water.
For detailed health and safety information request a hazard data sheet.

PACKAGING 5, 25 and 200 litre drums. Bulk supplies also available on request.
