PES 30 - Concentrated Solvent Degreaser

£0.00

PES30 is a concentrated blend of hydrocarbon solvents and detergents designed to rapidly penetrate, dissolve, and emulsify oil, grease, and metalworking compounds. It forms a white emulsion when rinsed with water for easy removal of residues and leaves a fine residual oil film for temporary rust protection on ferrous metals. Formulated for use in soak tanks without heating, it offers long bath life and can also be applied by brush, swab, or non-misting spray. Suitable for all metals, glass, enamel, stone, concrete, and painted surfaces, but avoid use on certain plastics, rubbers, tarmac, or asphalt.

Key Applications

  • Vehicle maintenance, engines, and chassis.

  • Agricultural machinery.

  • Concrete floors and factory maintenance.

  • Marine systems.

  • Metal components and wire production.

  • Catering equipment and sewerage systems.

Directions for Use

  • Use as supplied or dilute with 6-8 parts commercial paraffin or similar solvent.

  • Apply by brush, mop, spray, or in a soak tank (mild, galvanized, or stainless steel tanks are suitable).

  • Allow 10-20 minutes for penetration; agitate or brush stubborn soils.

  • Remove and pressure rinse with water; rinsing may be optional if a slightly oily finish is acceptable.

Safety Precautions

  • For detailed health and safety information, request a safety data sheet.
