PA10- RIGWASH POWDER

A medium duty alkaline but caustic free product containing special additives which quickly remove oil and grease deposits.
APPLICATIONS:
PA10 finds many applications in light industry and food industries for cleaning and degreasing both ferrous and nonferrous metals. PA10 may be used for electrolytic cleaning, steam and pressure cleaning machines, floor and wall cleaning, engine and vehicle parts degreasing, and as a Rigwash.
METHOD OF USE:
Steam and Pressure Machine Cleaning:- Use 25 grams per litre of water (approx. 2.5%) in the detergent tank.
Soak Tank Cleaning:- Use 25 to 65 grams per litre of water (2.5 to 6.5%) at between 75 and 950C.
Electrolytic Cleaning:- Use 100 grams (10%) per litre of water at 900C.
General purpose floor and wall cleaning and for removing fats, greases and oils in food industries:- Use 20 to 100 grams per litre of water (2 to 10%) at 900C.
PA10 should be made up in cold water. Avoid contact with magnesium or any of its alloys. After all applications rinse with plenty of water. Use in a mild steel tank.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Handle alkali products with care. Wear full protective clothing and wash off any splashes with plenty of water. For detailed health and safety information request a hazard data sheet.
