VPS-A
Performance VPSA has been developed to replace Trichloroethylene for the cleaning and degreasing of common metals and many plastics.
The VPSA is a low temperature vapour degreasing solvent based on Acetone, Methylene Chloride and inhibitors. Non flammable formulation which can be used in existing good quality vapour, vapour liquid and ultrasonic tanks, with only minor changes being required. Contact our technical department or your local Rep for advice. VPSA is designed specifically for vapour degreasing at low temperatures. The lower temperatures produce less solvent emissions and therefore less smell.
The lower operating temperature allows for cleaning of temperature sensitive parts. The parts also do not require long cooling down periods so can be further processed almost immediately. Required heating time and costs are also reduced. Cleaning cycles are halved when compared to Trichloroethylene, which allows production to be doubled.
